    Business development of the following product sales and services :
    - spare parts for turbine and compressor air intakes (up to 280 MW capacity)
    - long term service agreement with performance guaranty
    - refurbishment and new air intakes
    - response to public tenders.

    The generated turnover is around 2,5 M€/year, with individual project sales value up to 700 k€, long term service agreement up to 6 years.

    Agent and distributor network management : training, technical support, establishment of sales strategy and business objective, recruitment of new distributors

    Audit of customer equipment : on site inspection, measurement of air intakes

    Definition of products and services needs : definition of customers economical objective and technical specification

    Sales strategy development : definition of product and service to be offered in cooperation with
    engineering, quote preparation and presentation of the proposal to the end user

    Project preparation to coordinate customer ressources with Donaldson project engineering team

    New product definition based on medium to long term market analysis : this aspect includes
    - market research
    - market segmentation
    - definition of market drivers
    - specification of future economical and technical requirements
    - value analysis
