• Operational: Assist VAM® Field Service (VFS) Middle East manager in HR coordination, products trainings, safety meetings, KPI presentation and audit preparation.
• Commercial: Visit customers & customer locations. Submitting tech. & com. offers and follow up the contract review process. Propose new services to customers. Participation in the VFS business/marketing plan 2013-2018
• Technical: Technical meetings with the main customers. Answering customers’ technical questions. Review of VAM® Field Service customer final reports. Conducted rig site operations (running liner & completion, assembly make up, rack inspection, offloading) as per internal procedures for various customers (Tatweer, KOC, DNO, ADCO, ADMA, BP, Wintershall, ORYX) in the Middle East area (Bahreïn, Kuwait, UAE, Oman, Kurdistan).
• Database: Created various automatic reports from the Database in order to fulfill API Q2 requirements: Automatic customer final report, KPI report, Technician to do List, Service Agreement review report, etc...
