Mission : In charge, as project director,of critical project recovery (planning, cost) and, as manager, of two application sectors in an economical difficult context. Managing project overall delivery organization including third party dedicated contract in best financial conditions and managing cut of resources to handle significant activity decrease
•June 2007 – December 2008 : Program Manager driven a business critical fixed price IT project.
Mission : In charge of third party and final customer relationship on a worldwide application performance improvement.
