Gande started his career in 1992, in Sales/Distribution within the French modern Trade, responsible for well-known Wines & Spirit Brands.
He then joined Colgate-Palmolive in 1996 and held several marketing roles, mainly across Africa and France / French Oversea territories.
In 2005, he decided to take an active role in the booming African Telecom industry, working with global leading Groups such as Celtel, MTN and Etisalat, as Group Chief Commercial Officer.
He now supports his clients in setting up and implementing their Marketing and Customer Value Management Strategies.
