  Chierry 2013 - 2013 In charge of the marketing for the Europe zone, my main work was to build a website from the scratch and renew the commercial documents.
  
  Benefiting from my computer skills and knowledge, I built the website from the scratch (design, development, content), established the digital strategy, managed the Linux server used for hosting and took care of the photographers for the graphics needed.
  
  Gaining trust through those concrete results, I created a new brochure, a user guide for the website, poster, ads and even designed by myself the booth of an exposition in February.
  
  I was autonomous within the team really quickly, and was able to learn a lot about international marketing management and business unit management.

• Micro-entreprise Progr'ESC - Communication

  2012 - 2012 Community Manager of the organisation.
  Developped WordPress online blog;
  Social media management;
  Joined the staff organisating a concert against cancer;
  Prospected for financial donations;
  Communicated about this concert in the streets.

• UNICEF - Organisateur

  Paris 2011 - 2011 Improved the visibility of the UNICEF organisation among the youths by taking the initiative of organising a concert to their benefits.
  
  The project had to be developed from the scratch, without any kind of support (whether financial, logistic, administrative or human).
  
  The event gathered 172 students, from a presentation about the UNICEF cause to the rock'n'roll and electronic music concert.
  
  We made a small profit of 60€ that we gave to the organisation in addition to the donations made by the students during the evening.
  
  The tasks included:
  
  Prospected concert halls, bands and artists;
  Negotiated concert hall, band prestations and other services prices,
  Budgated the whole project;
  Raised funds (student organisation and donations)
  Designed concert poster and blog;
  Advertised and communicated about the event through newspaper, own blog, and social medias;
  Presented the event in front of lecture classrooms;
  Organized the logistic aspect.

• General Motors - Mise en place de processus logistique

  Argenteuil 2011 - 2011 Saved 116 000 € of cash outflow, 3 months of inventories checking, turned the efficiency management of containers indicator from red to green by the end of my internship.
  
  How?
  
  I connected the IT executive in England with the specific needs of the supply chain managers in Strabourg (France) in order to implement a computer based application that control the process of the containers (Chep, container pooling system).
  
  It was a task that no manager could afford to spend time on. The informations recquired were lost in the system and disseminated between several executives for whom it wasn't a priority to share knowledge.
  
  To fullfill this purpose, I:
  
  -Gathered as much informations as possible through the ERP and some interviews with executives;
  - Analyzed the specific physic container process of GM Strasbourg (recycling on site, etc.) on the plant;
  - Compared it with the informal computer process (ASN reception, check points, process stakeholders role, etc.);
  - Adressed my conclusions to the IT developpers in the UK and collaborated with them to develop an adapted application;
  - Implemented the application and corrected some disfunctionements;
  - Edited an user guide for the future users, presented the whole application and the user guide to those 5 employees.

• Bar l'épicerie - Serveur

  2010 - maintenant Waiter in a famous bar in Strasbourg, France. Learned to manage stress, orders, complains and every problem possible behind a smily and welcoming face in order to keep customers satisfied .

• WMG Group - Stagiaire

  2010 - 2010 What I enjoyed the most in this experience was to go abroad totaly on my own, knowing nothing and nobody, to meet a new culture and new peoples while improving my english.
