As a Commercial Project Engineer, my goals were the following:
To build the customer base and further development of the sales activities in the Baltic states, Finland and Sweden.
To form and develop a team of local account managers in those different countries/regions and head up and steer these teams. Actively coach the account managers and guide them in the field.
Personally handle the strategic targeting of major accounts, the line of approach and the active guidance of clients.
To follow up the relationships with software partners.
To monitor, validate and consolidate the activities of the sales team, and oversee the validation of the sales forecasts, the consolidation and the weekly reporting.

As an I.T. responsible, I was in charge to realize the complete integration of all the informatic and telecommunication systems required for such a business: Fleet management system, Transport management system, Accountability softwares.
It was also under my responsability to train and coach all the team about technologies topics.
