From IT Technical stuff to IT Management : several years spent to leverage my skills in IT Technical environment (User Assistance, Windows, Service Desk, Unix Support, CAD / CAM Support) with Ford and Visteon then several IT Management Job Positions : Service Delivery Manager with IBM in charge of IT Operations for an automotive supplier, IT Operations Management for 2 countries : France and Germany and interim job position to transition Change Management globally. Currently managing Change Management globally as part of IBM to support Geodis IT outsourcing contract and being Single Point of Contact for "Distribution Express" Geodis IT Operations.
Focusing on Customer Satisfaction and to provide best in class IT services to Customers.
