    Levallois-Perret 2009 - 2016 Optimizing customer logistics chains. Customer single point of contact for all GEODIS activities. Responsible and accountable of business performance. Reporting to general management.
    • Business development: Definition of global accounts sales and marketing action plan, relationship, tendering process, leading commercial negotiation (RFI, RFQ, LOI, contract), selling integrated solutions with design of value proposals, take decision on final offer.
    • Accountable for pro-format P&L, operational performance and customer satisfaction : Account and business solutions owner : implementation and set-up, continuous improvement actions, Operational expertise in managing international projects with BU and external resources, risk management, escalation point for claims.
    • Customer team animation strong people management experience in multicultural environment. Operations performed in 20 countries.
    • Expertise in Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Optimization (4PL), Road Transport, Distribution & Express delivery and Contract Logistics. key segments: energy, rail, oil and gas, nuclear. In charge of International accounts for €70M revenue.
