Thanks to high standard of quality and customer's dedication, DEDIENNE AEROSPACE is EN 9100 and ISO certified with official licenses for tooling and GSE by AIRBUS, BOEING, SNECMA , PRATT & WHITNEY (CFM), McDONNELL–DOUGLAS and SUKHOI.
The first scope of my mission is to ensure a close support for tooling reparation, calibration, tests, tooling upgrade and spare parts. It consists of managing the Customers service activities from A to Z: From customer request for reparation, tests, calibration, upgrade, spare parts until final delivery on customer site.
As head of customers services, my role is to:
- To understand and analyze the customer’s requests.
- Set up and validate the financial and technical quote with the operations team.
- Planify and dispatch the different associated tasks (tools reparations, upgrade, tests calibration, Expertise, spare parts…) to the technicians within the technical team.
- Organize technical intervention on customers site if necessary.
- Manage the periodic tooling necessary operations (calibration, tests) on customers parks
To ensure these tasks, I have within my team high qualified experienced technicians and engineers.
The second scope of my mission is managing the Research and Technology activities: It consists of developing new specific products based on customers’ request or market analysis from preliminary studies till prototype validation, improving DEDIENNE range of products, and developing new methodologies and engineering software for internal uses.
