Chez Diesel j'ai gère toutes activités accessoires et licences au niveau mondial.
Mes responsabilités sont la gestion du développement produit (brief style, développement prototypes et choix collection), développement campagnes media et Web, développement matériaux point de vente et suivi commercialisation. Pour la commercialisation dans les points de vente Diesel (400 portes) je suis directement responsable de toutes démarches : stock/logistique, formation, animation, suivi résultats et action de soutien. La France est un des pays prioritaires dans mon travail.
Sous ma gestion ma division a développé son CA de plus de 4 fois (CA > 300m€ net wholesale) avec une très forte contribution à l’image et à la rentabilité de la marque.
Mon poste reportait directement au PDG, mais était aussi en relation avec le président fondateur qui garde une présence très forte sur toutes activités liées au développement produit et la stratégie a long terme.
J’ai vécu 12 en France, ma femme est française et suis très proche de la culture française.
