He spent a great part of his career in control management of railway equipment manufacture, from electro-technical, electronic and loaded computerized sub-assemblies to the full monitoring of railway rolling stock manufacture and supervision while equipment is under guarantee.
He has a solid experience in international projects as part of SYSTRA (SOFRETU) assignments and I also developed an expertise in the fields of quality assurance, auditing, through the application of the ISO 9001 standard and the study/analysis of claims.
He was in charge of safety certification of light rail transit systems on behalf of CERTIFER and performed external engineering studies.
