Pre-sales consultant/Engagement manager since January 2001. Give support to the Account Executive for RFx (RFI and RFQ), define the sales strategy with the Account Executive, identify the global solution, set-up business case with the prospective client and demonstrate the benefits of the solution. In charge of the presales project, find and coordinate appropriate resources (presales, consultants, business consultants, solution manager and partners) and plan sales project related activities. Since this date, I have engaged more than 120 business cases in different sectors (industry, financial services, public services, international organizations) and for different company sizes. As a pre-sales, demonstrate SAP solutions capabilities especially in the CRM, PLM, SRM and ERP areas.
