    2008 - 2008 I worked for a large brick manufacturing company assisting 4 managers in the running of their projects. I was the first point of contact for our customers and ensured the smooth running of the departement.

    Coordinated the submission of 56 projects for this year’s Brick Development Association Awards.
    Assisted in the organisation of open days, golf days, charity balls, etc.
    Designed/approved artworks for literatures.
    Responsible for the daily administration tasks such as: processing invoices, answering customers’ enquiries and organising meetings.
    Manage a web based image library of over 1000 images. Briefing agency for site enhancements. Managing on going site feedback and access.
    Updated our client database.
  • Angers Loire Tourisme - Event Coordinator

    2005 - 2007 Managed a local event where local companies open their doors for one month to visitors.

    Prospected new companies.
    Produced the programme document (planning, timetable, week-end events, presentation of the companies), updated the website and the database.
    Organised meetings, produced reports and feedbacks.
    Managed a team of 30 hosts / hostesses: recruitment, training, allocation.
    Worked in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce to organise a “Week-End about Gastronomy” and in partnership with the Chamber of Artcraft to organise an “Artcraft Week-End”.

    Organised a European Conference on Company Guided Tours.
