Before :
After an engineering school in France, I worked 4 years in China & Argentina where I developed management, sales and technical skills in Chinese and Latin American contexts which was really open-minding!
Then I came back in France to work 2 years in a management consulting company in Paris. I quit this job in 2012 to travel, think, discover, and finally participate in building our startup.

    Paris 2010 - 2012 Several clients and projects I have been involved in :
    - Sncf Fret : freight railway company. Involved in the global transformation program of the group aimed to adapt to a new european context, my role was to help a IS department (30 pers.) to evolve and reach its goals in terms of organisation.
    - Pole Emploi : unemployement public organisation. A new process including governance, project planning, risks control, budget planification and follow-up had to be implemented and applied to every new project emerging in the IS department (representing approx. 100M€). I helped our client to create the new process, communicate internally to the project managers in order to get their acceptance and ownership of the new way of working.
    - Acoss : public organisation gathering social taxes of employees. I was in charge of supporting the management team of a long term project (more than 36 months) implementing new interfaces & back/middle office transformation to the core business : PMO, governance, CEO communication and internal communication.
  • Safe-Protect SA - ARGENTINA - Distribution network responsible - Latin America Area

    2008 - 2010 I was in charge of creating and developping our presence in Latin American markets. I commercialized a range of security appliances developed by our R&D. The product was an appliance dedicated to protect private networks from all kinds of attacks of intruders.
    My goals :
    -Build the subsidiary, detect and select the countries for the distribution network.
    - Manage the administrative and financial processes with the resellers.
    -Train and monitor the technical staffs in these countries.
    -Build the sales strategy (turnover 2009: 75000USD): marketing plan, contracts and distribution follow-up in the countries (business travels).
  • Alstom Transport - CHINA - Subway Telecom Engineer (involved in 2 urban lines)

    2007 - 2008 Company leader in high speed trains and urban transportation on rails.

    Management of local chinese teams in charge of installing the signalisation (telecommunication system) for two subway lines of Beijing :
    - Train groups of Chinese workers how to install/check telecommunication equipments.
    - Organise and manage groups of workers on site.
    - Report and communicate between local joint-venture and the head management in France.
