Senior Process Procurement Officer, Expeditor and Contract Execution Officer on the JV Veolia Water - Leighton Asia - John Holland (BOT contract).
Responsible for the acquisition and award of contracts and sub contract of overseas main process equipments for a value up to 15 million Euros per item (process equipments of the plant process: HP piston pumps, multi stages pumps, mobile cranes, Air Cooled Condensers, Cooling systems, GRP and Steel piping, Valves, HV and LV electrical equipments, Reverse Osmosis Plant, Electrical installation work, instrumentation, HVAC equipments, VSDs, MCC, HV substations...)
Mission:
* Define strategy to get best value in money with each national expertise optimizing the budget with the current construction specifications;
* Ensure standard compliance of the offers and suppliers (ANSI, BS, ASTM, IEC...)
* Coordinate the tender and evaluation phases;
* Direct the award and review the conformance of supply contracts;
* Definition of the scope of work with the electrical and construction team;
* Analyse of the tenders offers;
* Negotiation of the sub-contract terms.
Expeditor and Contract Execution:
Responsible for the follow up of the execution of electrical packages: supply of main electrical equipments (low voltage and medium voltage switchgears, variable speed drives, Is limiter) follow up of the progress during manufacturing to match contractual requirements, compliance of documentation with the contracts. Coordination with sub contractors on site for the installation and commissioning of the equipments (checking progress, claims, payment of invoices)
