    Paris 2011 - 2014 Optimize the commercial performance of the Delta Air France KLM Alitalia North Atlantic Joint Venture.

    - Create and develop the newly created position
    - Design and coordinate commercial action plans to optimize the performance of 11 transatlantic routes, and be accountable for their profitability.
    - Represent Air France KLM in the cooperation with its Joint Venture partner, Delta Airlines
    - Lead cross-departmental projects within Air France KLM and Delta Airlines to align Joint Venture processes and ensure seamless customer experience.

  • AIR FRANCE KLM - Customer Insight Manager

    Paris 2008 - 2009 Drive the complete lifecycle of customer research from internal briefings to actionable recommendations for top-leadership.

    Main missions:
    - Imagine, build and steer all kinds of customer surveys (qualitative & quantitative), from the internal customer’s briefing to the final executive summary and recommendations.
    - Cover customer research on a large variety of topics and disciplines (pricing, network, branding, advertisement, product, purchase intention criteria, naming, aftersales, ancillary products, digital, …)
    - Pilot market research providers, from RfP and negotiations, to end results.
