  • AERNNOVA Andalucia - Senior manager - launch & development of new programs

    2012 - 2013 • Direct and manage multi-functional project team to enable the successful inter-country transfer of several large assemblies work packages from Airbus Helicopter AS332 Super Puma.
    • First part customer qualification activities through First Article Inspection.
    • Responsible for the planning, development and establishment of the assembly lay-out, Jigs commissioning and calibration, manufacturing process, logistics flow, in-process inspection and LEAN & 5S concepts
