    Role:
    • To be in charge of bid offers and to support sales during customer’s meeting.
    • To manage mechanical and electrical developments (outsourced) and all key suppliers
    • To manage of all customer projects and contracts (budget/cost, schedule, quality)
    • To ensure of industrialization, installation, setting to work and support activities.

    Achievements:
    • Installation on French Navy vessels and seismic research vessels
    • System integration from Mega yachts, passenger vessels and rescue boats.
    • Definition of assembly, setup up and testing procedures.
    • Setup of the ISO quality system for project management.

    • To manage production of electro-optics payloads equipped on military helicopters, UAVs

    • To transfer production lines (tools and knowledge) and to lead the lean manufacturing (5S, AMDEC)
    • To manage international suppliers (quality procedures, deliveries, corrective/preventive actions...)
