    - Production:
    Supervise the whole production process through all concerned department for a respect of the production, quality and delivery deadline according to the buying office information & requests.
    Constant production arrangement through: internal capacity increasing and/or subcontractor (CMT) control.
    Constant improvement of the internal process and flux in order to increase the efficiency, productivity & low down the final cost including full reorganization of the workshop and new production line creation.

    Budget management & adjustment (around 2500 KE/year)
    Monthly P&L control
    Follow up recruitment /HR related mission
    Implement new company status (change from Joint Venture to WOEFE)
    - Development:
    Development control according to French headquarter request (delivery/price/quality)
    Sourcing & raw material price negotiation

    In charge of direct customer (China and France): development/price negotiation, production & claim.
