    - Large French Banking Group: Transformational Application Outsourcing program : setting up a new IT operating model / governance and a Service Center in Mumbai and then run the activities to support all countries in which application is deployed.

    - French Public Sector: Definition the conditions and principles for the implementation of an Observatory of jobs and competencies to support the new operating model : “as is” analysis in terms of tools , processes and governance; “to be” design (objectives, missions, tools, governance, organization…)

    - Large French Life Insurance Group : Shaping phase to realign the business strategy with the IT capabilities, looking for synergies and cost reductions on mid and long term

    - Large French Banking Group: Merge of two IS departments and implementation of a new organization and operating model : setting up the implementation conditions and principles in terms of human resources
