    Saint-Germaine-en-Laye 2015 - maintenant Presente dand le bureau de Dubai (UAE)
    Chargee du development de nos marches export aupres de chacun de nos distributeurs, je suis responsable de la gestion du portefeuille client ainsi qu'au development des points de vente (analyse du marche, potentiel au lieu du point de vente, gestion de stock, rapport des ventes etc) dans 10 pays tels que:

    2010 - maintenant I am working for Tensator FZE (Dubai) as Sales Account Manager.
    I am handling the Retail Account in UAE (All the Emirates).
    My position consists of providing full solutions and support for the Retail Business in order to help them to generate more benefit and to fulfill the customer journey by avoiding crowd or mess.
  • Hydroconcept (Monaco) - - Assistante commerciale et marketing

    2009 - 2009 • To ensure that customer service matters and sales administration issues are handled in a courteous and professional manner and resolved in the shortest timescales
    • Oversee the effective running of the central sales administration department
    • To ensure that all regular and ad hoc management information is accurate and provided to deadline
    • To manage and provide an efficient, comprehensive administration service to the field based sales teams
    • Process sales administrative activity from orders till deliveries. Ensure customers' orders are correctly and efficiently fulfilled and shipping documents provided in due course
    • Liaise with external personnel, to encourage and promote sales expansion.
    • Continually strive to recommend changes to the Sales Office Supervisor that will improve efficiency and performance.
    • Resolve customer queries, disputes surrounding invoices and returned goods
