    2011 - 2012 • Sales (per product/customer/country) and expenses reporting
    • Implemented a Logistic reporting to ensure the costs control (freight in/out, stickering, storage …)
    • Elaborated Financial Statements (Balance sheet and Income statement) and followed-up the Aged Balance;
    • Project management: implementation of a double-currency bookkeeping in AED-USD to replace an AED-EUR bookkeeping in order to reduce the exchange rate impact on the statistics;
    • Accounting work: exchange gain/loss impact analysis on the statistics, data captures in the new IFM environment, conversion of financial statements.

    • Supervised all the activities of the Association; team recruitment/coordination; ensured the follow-up of the goals set in the specifications; represented the organization in front of our stakeholders.
    • Ensured the strategic development of the Association by negotiating partnerships: 3 partnerships obtained with High Schools in Marseille in order to facilitate the teenager recruitment; 2 partnerships obtained with companies to ensure our self-financing.
