Paris2004 - maintenant• Contracts and Claims Management: Participating in the bid documents reviews, comments negotiations of company's large projects, then controlling all contractual issues during the project execution until its close-out. Meanwhile, dealing with all projects claims by establishing the required strategy and organization, then insuring the proper negotiation and finding the most favorable solution up to the management satisfaction.
Developing of Contracts and Claims Management Procedures and Contract Administrator Tools.
• Project Management: Organizing, directing and monitoring all Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities of petrochemical projects thus insuring projects delivery in time, within the budget and up to the required quality. This includes the use of most efficient project computerized techniques for reporting and controlling cost and progress.
• Construction Management: Organizing, planning, coordinating and reporting site construction activities of Civil, Steel Structure and Buildings works. This includes finding and solving technical issues on-the-spot, thus saving time, cost and avoiding claims, insuring delivery up to the client satisfaction.
• Architect Designer: Performing conceptual and detailed projects design of functional, residential and recreational buildings focusing in particular on clients program requirements satisfaction in term of quality, budgeting and timing.
