2011 - maintenantWith an international "Buy & Sell" structure, the Sourcing platform operates within the Global Purchasing entity for the supply of raw materials on behalf of the ArcelorMittal mills. It aims at increasing the purchasing advantages to secure the Group supply chain through the consolidation of raw materials needs and reduce the TCO by adding value and secure quality of services.
Raw materials - Iron Ore, Solid Fuels, Base Metals, Ferro-Alloys and Cored Wires and Stainless Raw Materials - are sourced by the Sourcing platform and sold to the ArcelorMittal Mills in compliance with the implemented operational processes defined in the Quality Management System. The products must meet the mills' requirements in terms of availability, quality and optimized price (TCO).
2008 - 2011I am in charge of the deployment of centralized Travel software (KDS self booking tool) in ArcelorMittal (Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, UK & Spain).
• Update and maintain over 25.000 traveler profiles with targets (Arrangers & Supervisors).
• Manage the KDS Settings with objective of recurring savings cost at group level and made changes and recommendations at opportunities as identified for increased efficiency or cost savings.
• Coordinate deployment throughout the group by country and by entity and Encouraged consistent adherences to Corporate Travel Policy (adoption rate).
• Monitoring developments KDS product (release) and regular testing of new KDS settings in accordance with Corporate Travel policy.
• Conducted new Help Desk process between travel partners (KDS and travel Agencies) following purchase the package KDS Executive Support.
• Dealing with issues and customer complaints from KDS tool and track bugs reported in the IKARE tool (KDS support management tool).
• Conducted new and recurrent training sessions for Travelers and travel Arrangers.
• Managed the approval workflow throughout KDS in compliance with Travel policy.
• Prepare Travel Budget & Reports.
• Managing Travel home pages in the Global Portal.
Analysis & Tests of travel tool CliqBook (Concur) for the rollout in ArcelorMittal Canada.
