    Achievements:
    - Achieving 40 % productivity in Headcount , Re-organizing the HR function in Business Partner model.
    - Developing and certifying an internal Trainer pool, running Management and Commercial Program , developing over 800 sales / Management Force.
    - Winning the Global Trophy on People Development at EMEAS zone.
    - Training all HR team on Re designing HR model and managing new “ONE” organization changes. “first in class approach recognized by Schneider worldwide”.

    • Establishing Foundation of Schneider University at the corporate level
    • Developing , training and certifying trainers around the world to deliver our training programs (450 Trainers were trained and certified as internal trainers around the world).
    • Define core competencies “Key Success Factor” for Effective Performance and promote within our training programs.
    • Deploy our training programs all over the world
    • Setting KPI for measuring training effectiveness.
    • Qualifying suppliers and ensure , effectiveness in cost and quality.
    • Leading and Managing Trainers Network all over the world
    • Communicating with Business Leaders in Countries to deploy and adapt our training programs integrating cultural differences.
    • In-charge of Corporate Talent development Programs
    • Developing the foundation for HR Institute for developing and training HR Professionals.

    . Designing Corporate Forums with relevant workshops for Customer Centricity, Leadership and Commercial.
    . Developing Communication tools and means to be used worldwide on the Company Global Program.
