2009 - maintenantIdentify, develop and manage suppliers to ensure objectives of cost quality and on time delivery are achieved. In conjunction with the general manager ensure contracts are managed and executed.
To co-ordinate and disseminate all the supply chain information relevant to sales and research and development orders. Assist on all well screen product lines ensuring present status is know and communicated at all times that customer deliveries are executed in line with customer requirements.
Provide manufacturing support group with order updates through co-ordinating production, supply chain and customer requirement information.
Review production scheduling changes and associated impact on sub-contracted parts
Communicate delivery schedules and inspection priorities to inspection department.
Facilitate the management of late orders to zero and ensure delivery dates on all other orders are in line with manufacturing required dates. Manage and develop support the business.
Administer supplier KPI recording
Manage purchase orders and co-ordinate deliveries and bookings to stock.
Identify purchasing price variances and reduce to a minimum within standard costing system
Report where conflict is identified between manufacturing and supply dates to manufacturing
