- Responsibility for general multi-currency accounting of the company (Europe and US subsidiaries, accounting software Quickbooks Premiere)
- Support of the financial controller on a daily basis
- Contribution to the end-month closing process , especially banks reconciliation and monthly VAT return
- Full responsibility for accounts payables and receivables, including credit control
- Relation with labels worldwide (Warner, Sony, Universal...), banks, partners (HMV, Samsung, Blackberry...)
- Weekly cash reporting setting up, as well as payments schedule, staff expenses
- Preparation of B2B sales reports, cost calculation and processing of suppliers invoices
- Resolution of finance related queries and providing support to the financial controller
- Relation with headquarter (in London, 7digital Limited) on reporting and accounting purposes
- Relation with the trust company on payroll and VAT matters
- Various tasks related to the office management
