  2012 - 2014 Responsibilities:
   Managing the exploitability of TV platforms: implementing technical supervision of servers and network equipments.
   Monitoring TV services.
   Leading the L3 Support on RUN phase. Providing workarounds for production incidents reassembled on the monitoring interface.
   Investigating on TV services issues and reporting analysis to operators.
   Producing supervision documents, alarms resolution procedures, customer impact.
   Checking the quality of Orange Set Top Box.
   Identifying the root cause of service problems.
   Prioritizing bugs to correct.
   Ensuring the design and configuration of a solution for centralizing logs from the TV platform via syslog-ng.
   Implementing a TV test platform (receiving the live stream and VOD via a VPN IP).
   Installing and configuring “RedHat Cluster Suite” on a virtual environment (Fencing VMware).
