Group Marketing is responsible for:
- Defining and rolling out the Group Marketing defined strategies (products, channels, business priorities, operational marketing activities,...) within the Group.
- Defining new products opportinuties, writing functionnal specifications and following up developments with R&D teams and then launch and roll out of the new products within the Group.
- Conducting all relevant market and customers surveys.
- Developing and rolling out of Operational Marketing programs. Enabling OpCO’s to share Operationnal Marketing best practices.
- Making recommandations and working on potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
- Defining and rolling out the Corporate Communication strategy.

Group Marketing is a truly international team (5 different nationalities).


June 2000 – Sept 2005 Neopost France –CEO
550 people – 127 M€ turnover & 23% ebit
Complete re-organisation of the company in order to grow revenue from 97 M€ to 127M€ and ebit rate from 16% to 23% within 5 years. Introduction of new IT tools (SAP – Siebel) and new processes. Get the whole organisation “results focused” and “Customer Satisfaction” oriented.. Change the company and the management culture around a set of 6 “basic” values.


Sept 1995 – June 2000 PITNEY BOWES:
Managing Director Pitney Bowes Europe- Production Mail & Software Systems from June 1997.
Revenue grew by +10% per year and Software Sales have been developped at a higher level than in the US thanks to a complete redirection of the sales strategy based on a Solution sales process.
CEO- PB France from Sept 1995 to June 1997
Global restructuring of the company .
PB France reached breakeven in 1996 after a 7 consecutive years of loss making.

Sept 1990 – Sept 1995 KYOCERA Electronics France – Managing Director
Set up and developpement of Kyocera Electronics “start up” in France (PC’s – Printers – Hard Disks ).
Breakeven reached year 2. 1995 turnover reached 30 M€ and pre tax profit 1.3M€.
