    Engineering - Planning : Preparation of Site Master Plan and Optimized Manufacturing Layouts. LROP analysis and available capacity analysis. Definition of materials / personnel / wastes flows. Reorganization of equipments layouts for productivity improvement. Logistic study for cycle time optimisation and minimum stock volumes and inventories.
    Estimate – Schedule : Preparation of capital budget required for new production or activity (equipments, automation, infrastructure, staffing). Preparation of project milestones and detailed schedule, including resource loaded schedule and critical path.
    Project Definition and Procedures : Preparation of files and presentations for Steering Committee, construction permits, team building and auxiliary engineering selection, Project Execution Plan, Validation Master Plan, cost control and change control procedures, schedule tracking procedure and miscellaneous other project management files or procedures.
    Team & Project Management : basis of design and detail design deliverables follow up, design-versus-requirement reviews, HAZOP studies, application of the Least Cost Scope Principles, design progress control & coordination with internal clients.
    Management of preconstruction activities including RFQ and PO awards, management of the construction activities including control of cost, schedule, safety and quality. Reporting to US.
    Management of qualification phase, hand over and punch listing phases, technical and official documentation turn over.
