Reorganization of equipments layouts for productivity improvement. Logistic study for cycle time optimisation and minimum stock volumes and inventories.
    Estimate – Schedule : Preparation of capital budget required for new production or activity (equipments, automation, infrastructure, staffing). Preparation of project milestones and detailed schedule, including resource loaded schedule and critical path.
