  Significant Highlights:
  * Supervised, monitored and coordinated the operations of production facilities to ensure the safe and efficient implementation of the Company's oil/gas production, processing and water injection targets.
  * Maintained frequent contact with Field Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Boat, Mobile Crew and Wire line Supervisors, Barges and up to Senior Engineer and occasional contacts with Production Personnel in Abu Dhabi and on Das Island to discuss production/ processing activities.
  * Checked the quality of the oil gas produced and coordinated for maintenance work.
  * Worked according to Company's established procedures and technical standards.
  * Exercised latitude and used Owen initiative during emergencies including plant shutdown / start up.
  * Performed all combination of the duties during the assigned shift.
  * Supervised the preparation of production facilities and equipment.
  * Monitored and supervised the operations of crude production from well head towers including crude oil production I separation, water injection and gas treatment / processing to meet the daily production targets.
  * Supervised the preparation of wellhead towers for drilling, work over & maintenance activities and coordinated safe handover to drilling and maintenance.
  * Resolved issues of handover certificates and looked after the completion of such activities.
  * Issued Hot / Cold and Entry Work Permits for all routine / planned maintenance work to be carried out in accordance with ADMA Working Procedures and Safety Regulations.
  * Represented ADMA OPCO onboard of test vessels, supervised flow testing, cleaned -up unloading and bleeded down operations in safe manner.
  * Carried out self- auditing and planned inspection to ensure compliance of test vessels and contracted equipment with the Company's Safety and Marine Regulations.
  * Supervised Gas Injection Plant Operations and monitored Chemical Injection Systems.
  * Carried out some lab tests to ensure required Water Quality.
  * Astutely monitored the operations of Gas Separation / Treatment Plants and prepared these Plants for Maintenance activities.
  * Ensured and maintained the quality of products and ensured the integrity of plant machinery and equipment.
  * Operated Control Room Facilities & all Control Room Visual, Annunciation Alarms and Signals.
  * Identified malfunctions in operating facilities & initiating corrective actions when required.
  * Participated in case of Emergency Procedures initiating General Alarms and managed operations of various communication systems.
  * Carried out a self inspection and self auditing survey, conducted regular safety meetings with subordinates, prepared inspection lists and supervised the classification of plant equipment from hazard and risk assessment point of view.
  * Maintained good housekeeping standard and followed ADMA OPCO Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
  * Involved in the maintenance of adequate level of spares and consumables to avoid field arid plant unplanned shutdown and failures.
