    Support Component Engineer for 3, 4 and 8 cylinder engines

    In charge of the development of diesel and petrol 6 cylinder engines from the technical design concept right through the prototype and the production part.
    I had to validate the feasibility and the manufacturing of the connecting rods at each milestone of the project while managing any potential problem.

    - In charge of the validation of the connecting rods after an engine test.
    - In charge of the studies if a connecting rod fail during an engine test. Explain why and find solutions to avoid futur fails (design modification, built method modification,...)
    - Find solutions if a mounting problem is detected during a prototype engine built, like not adapted tool, design default on a protoype con rod.
    - In charge of estimating the gravity if any problem is detected too late. Define how many engines are impacted and what are the risks (High Hurts meeting)
    - In contact with the suppliers for the parts production and to ensure that all parts arrive on time for the engine builts
    - Participation to choose a supplier for futur connecting rod programms

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2016 - maintenant En mission chez PSA - Velizy A - Projet nouvelle plateforme véhicule

    - Responsable de la création d'un planning afin de vérifier l'avancement des essais de pièces proto par rapport à leur date de validation technique.
    - Valider ou non le lancement des outillages pour la fabrication de ces pièces prototypes en fonction des essais déjà réalisés et de leurs résultats.
