2012 - maintenantI played a mayor role in the sponsors recruitment campaign for the EMC Forums 2012, a roadshow that took place in 31 locations across Europe, Middle East and North Africa.
We built and and executed the marketing campaign for the sponsorship acquisition. To do so, we employed several tools in order to streamline the process, such as: procedures, sponsorprospectus, userguides and templates...
These tools facilitated our relationship with sponsors and EMC field marketing teams.
In this capacity, I often had to analyze and present reports on quantitative and qualitative evolution of the project by country and coordinated country/partner-oriented sales strategies with EMC field marketing teams that ultimately reinforced the relation between EMC and its partners.
Besides this large project, I often assisted other projects and teams within the company: marketing services, logistics and different event management activities such as participating at the IBC2012 Conference in Amsterdam with a turnkey booth solution for an exhibitor during the event.

2011 - 2011I supported consultants in the Process Team and helped them by executing tasks related to VAT recovery for international clients within the EU. This included: maintaining a close relationship with suppliers and tax administrations regarding VAT recovery issues, preparing and submitting VAT recovery claims and keeping a constant communication with tax administrations to ensure a positive response in the shortest period, activity reporting and keeping up-to-date information on clients status and VAT recovery legislation from different tax administrations and making sure they were available for consultation (i.e. translating VAT related news and documents from French and Spanish to English and vice versa)
I was also part of the team that audited at our clients premises in France and Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland...) and obtained relevant documents for VAT recovery claims. We analyzed the concerned documents for compliance with different VAT administration conditions and contacted suppliers to reissue corrected documents to be able to claim the maximum amount from tax authorities for our clients benefit.

I was also in charge of the financial and budgetary management of several projects and often supported project logistics coordination: international transportation of equipments, customs-clearing procedures(import) and stocking, financial management of international operations
I maintained a close relationship with banks and suppliers and coordinated and supervised staff tasks (4 people).

In addition, we supported lead generation by offering appearing clients to advertise in the directory.
