    Main engagements:

    -World centre for industrial metals trading and price-risk management: In the context of the integration of the client, I was the project manager who assisted the Finance Function for the integration (pre-deal preparation, during the completion, post deal). I assisted the finance department to meet the reporting requirements of the Parent company and was in charge of the reporting package (template, numbers) for dry run, completion date and year end. I also assisted and advised on the design of the Future Finance Organisation: operating model, roles and responsibilities.

    - Global oil and gas Company: assistance of the client Global Finance Function to design and deliver a training programme to provide comprehensive learning and development support for existing and new users of the financial template. The training materials provide support on the delivery of SAP Finance training materials with different areas (AP, AR, GL, Consolidation)

    Courbevoie 2008 - 2011 ld of experience covered: transactional processes optimisation, quality close and reporting implementation, performance management monitoring (cost analysis, KPI’s, etc.) finance function organisation and process improvement .

    Main engagements :

    - Gaming Company: assistance of the company Controlling department in re-defining its business segments, implementing cost allocation principles, determining a calculation method for segment profitability, implementing KPI’s and preparing detailed specifications in terms of information systems, reporting processes and organisational issues.

    - Leader in modular space and storage solution Group: performance of a review of Finance processes within countries regarding AP,AR, G/L, Period End and Controlling : As Is process analysis and IT optimisation points, aligning countries to standard processes, FTE impact. I designed target physical and accounting processes/data flows for Finance reorganisation and cost reduction.

    - World leader in phosphates mining and transformation activities: assistance to the company Controlling department in the implementation of monthly closing and reporting; definition and follow-up of performance measurement indicators and the definition of the target organisation for the finance function.
