Along my 13 years within the Volvo Group
i successfully managed and delivered as IT Project and Program Manager, projects up to 60 MSEK for several Volvo Organization/Brands
• Product Design : SMARTEAM, PRIME2 and PDM, CAD
• Manufacturing : SIRTAKI, GSM Step 3 + VPT-SAP in Venissieux
• Finance and HR : 1FC for RT and VBS OR
• Spare Parts Logistics : SCM
The large projects I drove, have been an opportunity for me to demonstrate my leadership, navigate in a complex environment, create an holistic view of the company and work with colleagues from France, Sweden, India, US, Japan, Korea, Russia.
During the last year, I managed the IT HR Portfolio composed of 16 projects for a budget of 30 MSEK. I had in charge
- the management of the HR resource pools assignments used by both Maintenance and projects (38 FTE)
- the HR resource IT Capacity Planning to anticipate resource mid-term needs in coordination with the line management and the SDO
- the support of the project Managers to secure delivery
- Management and communication of the IT HR Roadmap in coordination with CP&IT
As IT HR Portfolio manager I participate as well to the IT DMC.
I'm currently managing a team of 70 persons inside a Global Program to Deliver 1 unique SAP solution to the Volvo Group to manage all Spare Parts processes inlusing Warehouse management
