  • Plastic Omnium Division Auto Inergy - Global Talent Development Director

    2012 - 2015 Own all People development processes (recruiting, performance management, people reviews, succession planning, career management, salary reviews) and drive them across regions and functions in line with the Talent Management strategy
    Act as HR business partner for R&D, Industrial, Purchasing, Quality and Sales to ensure that talent management actions (recruiting, transfers, etc.) are consistent across geographies and in line with the overall talent strategy. As such supervise the HR management of R&D and Corporate functions (200 people)
    In charge of Career management for Inergy 100 top executives, for Talent pool (300 employees) and for expatriates (45 people): 30% mobility in 2014 on this population
