I mainly worked on real-time and best-effort services performance evaluation for 3GLTE (UL/DL) based on a system level simulation approach
• I studied 3GPP Contributions and Technical Specifications on 3GLTE
• I participated to the design of the modules (defining the architecture) to be implemented
• I implemented 3GLTE standard’s main features for VoIP and best effort services, generic approach (not manufacturer implementation specific)
• The implementation (L1/L2 layers: TS 36.xxx) was done on a C++ based system level simulator for both UL/DL in FDD/TDD mode
• Facing manufacturer (mainly Alcatel-Lucent) on some specific features
• I contributed to technical deliverables, ensured technical support on 3GLTE (UL/DL) and VoIP, contributed to a patent submission (rejected)
