My mission as a Senior Business Unit Manager at ADNEOM, mainly in the Banking sector, consists in managing and developing a Business Unit of 4 Business Managers and more than 70 consultants:
- Projects, Resources and Career Management
- Account Management / Business Development for key clients: BNP, ING, SNCB, Bpost ...
- Recruitment,Coaching and Management of several Business Managers: Consulting, IT, Sales, Client contact, Consultants and projects follow-up
- Selection and recruitment of high potential Consultants
- Management of "times and means" to "fixed priced" projects
