    Paris 1996 - 2003 of the Representative Office, with responsibilities over Czech and Slovak Republics.

    * Counsel for JV or Greenfield projects to mostly Small and Medium Enterprises ;
    * Negotiation of several important financing deals including largest supermarket complex and the renovation of a nuclear energy facility. ;
    * Provided assistance to Bank's Clients in their business in Central Europe ;
  • POMA Intl. - Founder & Managing Director International development consulting

    1990 - 1996 Firm specialised in developing relations with Eastern Europe, the Czech & Slovak Republics in particular.
    Contributed to the realisation of Joint-Ventures between the Czech / Slovak and Western companies (global value of investments: US$ 150 Millions) and helped the start-up of 6 local companies.

    The most important project was the Joint-Venture between Rhône-Poulenc and the Slovak company Chemlon (5000 employees), a project involving :
    * Operational Audit of Chemlon (technical, marketing, human resources, financial & legal aspects) ;
    * Business Plans - different scenarios ;

    * Mediator for the Negotiations
    * Build up of the JV
  • GSI - Senior Consultant

    EPINAL 1989 - 1990 in the domain of marketing & logistics, with responsibilities over GSI software systems.
  • L'OREAL - Director of Logistics

    PARIS 1986 - 1988 Managed logistics services department for the luxury goods division of the L'Oréal group. Logistics includes forecasting, provisioning, central warehousing, client supplies, freight and M.I.S. (computer centre)

    1982 - 1984 Co-ordination between technical and commercial services. Modification of the product line in view of decreasing the production cost of insulators.
