Early definition and harmonization of operation and maintenance activities, anticipation of obsolescence issues, development of coherent and uniform support elements on all sub-systems of the project
* Development of a central engineering department focused on maintainability, definition of maintenance programs, spares and tools calculation, management of obsolescence risks, definition and implementation of asset database and Maintenance Management systems, technical documentation and training management) ;
* Development of international project teams in charge of implementing the methodology in local projects. Organization of a Maintenance engineering competence network. ;
* Training Management
As an element of O&M performance, development of expertise in training management within full-scale railway and infrastructure projects (around 200 training days for a railway project)
* Knowledge transfer in Middle East - Organization of a knowledge transfer program for Saudi Arabia ;
* Turnkey projects training programs - Organization of a turnkey project training program ;
