    2009 - 2009 Managed Operations and System continuous improvement department for the Viridian Glass GP&S NSW business.

    - Drove Lean manufacturing initiatives to adress wastes issues and reduction of work in progress.
    - Defined KPIs waste specific related and reporting framework to report quality performance for factory staff and NSW management team.
    - Conduct Lean Six Sigma groups projects to tackle waste program reduction.
    - Maintained ISO 9001:2008 accreditation along with glass building product Australian Standard (AS/NZS: 2008:1996 and AS/NZS: 2080:2006)
  • Viridian Glass - Operation Manager

    2009 - 2012 Delivered the overall commissioning project and managed the operations of the new Viridian state of the art facility at Erskine Park. Scope of responsibility included Production, Logistics and Operations Improvement. This role involved the management of a team of 22 people including 4 direct reports.
  • Essilor Australia - Engineering manager

    2007 - 2008 Management of the Sydney engineering department whilst providing engineering support to the states laboratories (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA,WA & TAS)
    - Rolled out CMMS in Sydney and states laboratories
    - Developed preventative maintenance plan
    - Defined Key Performance Indicators used later as benchmark for the Asia-Pacific Region.
    - Reengineered spare parts supply chain and overall management.
    - Setup of Repair & Maintenance and Hotline support for Remote Edging Essilor Australia customers
