    Work profile:- Focused more on Strategic compensation and benefits activity by collecting, analyzing, maintaining and communicating Top Management Balance Scorecards (BSCs) from different GBUs/ SBUs HR and HRD (48 countries) in objective and payout setting par semester wise. Cross checking physical and financial structure and curves of templates according to the Global Bonus Guideline and sales guideline. Measuring, Controlling and Tracking Financial, Operational Efficiency and People objective KPIs and curves at individual and group levels also consulting with corporate Finance and respected departments before the final signature of Corporate HR VP or HR Head. Consulting and advising C&B, HR for preparing Bonus Scorecards even posting and updating financial targets KPIs regularly on online tools at global level. Helping in preparing stock option and free share reports for the country level payments also helping in making success story as a part of Well Being at work.
