I have excellent planning skills and can prioritise the work load of teams, balancing this against my personal work load well.   2010 - 2011 Campus Management responsibility, incorporating operational management, directing campus activities, budgetary control, team management, strategic planning and implementation, managing all aspects of curriculum delivery.

  2006 - 2011 In previous position at The Manchester College responsible for the management of work based learning and have extensive knowledge of Management training and development. In this role I developed a small department and its team into a major force in work based training in the North West over a 3 year period.
