    I am available to support organisations of all sizes to train and develop their teams.I am a coaching and mentoring specialist having devised and implemented such programmes in industry and education.

    I am an expert in business survival and growth techniques & I am actively seeking opportunities here.

    I am adept at managing change, having taken teams in education and industry through mergers and departmental changes. I have excellent planning skills and can prioritise the work load of teams, balancing this against my personal work load well. In my previous role I have been solely responsible for managing working relationships with delivery partners, key stake holders and customers.     2010 - 2011 Campus Management responsibility, incorporating operational management, directing campus activities, budgetary control, team management, strategic planning and implementation, managing all aspects of curriculum delivery.

In this role I developed a small department and its team into a major force in work based training in the North West over a 3 year period.
