En résumé

Je suis prêt a mettre mon expérience au service de PME dans l’Oise.et a l'international en particulier sur Amérique du Nord et Amérique du sud et Asie .
De bonnes nouvelles pour les entrepreneurs qui souhaitent VRAIMENT démarrer une activité aux USA!!!et qui préfèrent travailler avec des hommes et des femmes d'entreprise plutôt qu'avec les "fonctionnaires" d'UBI France

    I, Jean Claude Racine, am the President and founder of Pragma-International, a Global management consulting organization that designs and implements customised solutions, suited to its clients needs and culture.
    I am also the co-designers of Pragma’s employee commitment diagnostic tool SCOPE.

    Following an early career in Human Resources, my line management experience included two years as CEO of a Lafarge subsidiary leading a distrubtion operation comprising more than 2000 personnel. I then went on to become a Director with the Professional Association of French Coporation (now MEDEF), where I worked on projects to design and implement innovative people and process management for major French manufacturers. Key to these projects was successful industrial relations management, further augmenting my consulting portfolio.

    I founded Pragma-International in1976 as the outcome of an employee motivation project conducted for Peugeot.
    With the twenty-five years experience in employee commitment and motivation audit/diagnostic tools, this forms a cornerstone of Pragma’s performance improvement approach to business consulting.

    I specialise in working with clients on value discipline frameworks, redelpoyment strategy and activities, sales/marketing network alignment and globalisation.

    Among the major projects undertaken, there was a management restructing and process quality improvement project in the automotive industry, the outcome of which was a measurable increase in quality and efficiency;
    Also an energy industry vision, values and best practice assignment in a merger/acquisition situation resulting in a new value proposition being successfully adopted.
    Furthermore also a sales network integration project for a multinational hi-tech firm, which resulted in a 17% increase in market share.

    I have worked with clients such as ST Microelectonic, Renault, Clariant and Coca-Cola, and I do have extensive cross-continental experience in North/South America, Euorpe and Asia/Pacific.

    I have received my Masters in Business Administration and also a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Paris, (La Sorbonne).
    I am fluent in both spoken and written French and English and also conversational skills in Italian.
