Expediting: Manufacturing follow-up, FAT coordination, transport and
delivery of material for two remotes sites of 500,000 man hours.
Audit: Preparation of dossiers for vendor penalties (300 k€ saving)
Site coordination: Vendor follow-up for construction and commissioning
activities on both sites, review procedures and methods, mob/demob,
approval of invoice.
Construction Manager during the last 5 months of the project for Civil, HVAC, Electrical and Instrumentation activities (100,000 Hours),
