    I trained K-users and consultants (Oracle or externals). The most of the time courses are tailored for the customer’s project team. I have built a lot of new courses (elaboration of the cursus, redaction of the training materials and production of the labs)

    For Oracle Consulting - Jean-Claude DECAUX (urban furniture) : in charge of the Order to Cash Process (OE, INV) (1999-2000).
    Other consulting missions with Oracle Manufacturing : HONEYWELL, MICHELIN,LEGRAND et DEIBOLD.

    SURESNES 1989 - 1998 1997 - AIR LIQUIDE (hospital equipments) - Consultant Oracle eBusiness Suite :

    In charge of the domains Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement and Technical Data. For an assembly factory in just in time (MFG, INV, PO, ENG-BOM).

    1996 - MICHELIN (tyres manufacturer) - Consultant Oracle eBusiness Suite :
    In charge of the implementation of Oracle Manufacturing and Procurement for the line of products “Two wheels” (MFG, INV, PO).

    1995 - AGAPES (distribution) – Project leader:
    Conception and development of the Application « Abroad Restaurants » with a Rapid Application Development tool. The first year, roll out on 250 sites in 15 countries.

    1994 - DESMAZIERES-DRINO (fashion textile) - Project leader:
    Conception and implementation of an Information System with software for financials services and specifics developments for production. The collect of information is done through a large bar codes network and with connections to the process (equipments and balances). The inventory level of raw materials was divided by 4. This project is in Cap Gemini’s reference book.

    1992-1993 VALLOUREC (automotive supplier) - Project leader :
    Conception and implementation of an Information System to supply in just-in-time automotives manufacturers first and second tier (RENAULT, PSA, FORD, FORECIA…). The system is completely integrated from the E.D.I. to the physical connection to the process. The delivery lead time and inventory level were reduced by more than 50%.

    1991 Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for HACOT COLOMBIER (textile) as a consultant.
    Audit for Coca-Cola and Interbrew.

    1989-1990 NUCLEAIRE CENTER OF GRAVELINES (power facilities) - Project leader:
    Conception and development of an application to manage all the purchasing activities.
