WELDING AND PIPING INSPECTOR, TECHNICIAN IN NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING, AND
TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT OF THE QUALITY CONTROL
OBJECTIVES :
To supply the company with the benefit of my skills and experiences in supervision, in non destructive testing and in quality control.
SKILLS :
Works in control and inspection, maintenance, reception, supervision in tubular materials or other, control and supervision of welding, site supervision, quality control, management, sites follow up.
WORK EXPERIENCE :
04 / 2009 to this day : Quality welding and piping inspector for AREVA NP on the site of Olkiluoto 3 in Finland. Deputy of the work group leader, inspection, preparation and following of welds, repairs, NDT, work books. Formations of the newcomers. Writing, modifications and translations of instruction guides. Construction inspections with the customer and the Finnish authorities; working with norms EN and RCCM (dependent of the safety classes) in the principal buildings (safeguard, nuclear auxiliary, fuel and reactor).
10 / 2008 – 12 / 2008 : Supervision Welding NDT and QA / QC for Acergy on the modifications of the stinger of the DLB Polaris in T’chengue, Gabon; positioning, cut off plates, take up position of different pieces, preparation and welding process control, visual inspections, NDT requests, following, NDT reports and final folder.
01 / 2006 – 12 / 2007 : Supervision and quality control in quality of control enginer : structure, piping, tie ins, shut down, hook up for the development of the capacity of separation : water, gas and oil on the FPSO Girassol, off shore of the Angolan coasts. Team management (fitters and welders), materials selection, visual control of weld preparation and finished welds according to the welding book, WPS … modifications of the welding procedures. Management of the supervision and participate in NDT, definition of the controls, %, requests, radio interpretation, conformance or non conformance reports, follow up of the controls and repairs, piping hydro test, punch lists… and effective participation at the quality control assurance for the final customer TOTAL.

06 / 2005 - 08 / 2005 : Supervision, control and inspection of materials : US, MG, PT and RT, development and interpretation of films for SGS.
05 / 2005 : Supervision, control and inspection at the CNPE of Paluel and Dampierre in PT and US for AREVA CTE NORDTEST.
