For 15 years, I have been sailing as an officer in the Armed Forces (French Navy and Royal Navy) as well as in the Merchant Navy. I hold a master in physics as well as the master mariner (unlimited) certificate. Chief Mate onboard a Bourbon PSV, I am now looking for a new challenge onboard more challenging ships (MPSV, DSV, construction vessel).

    2012 - maintenant : Chief Officer & DPO: responsible for the ship's stability, safety, security and environmental impact.
    * Implementation of the new Bourbon Safety Management System (SMS). ;
    * Conduct weekly and monthly safety meetings in accordance with the company instructions & guidance, client & company safety flashes... ;
    * Ensure the strict application of the company SMS (toolbox talks, job safety analysis and management of change), ;
    * Prepare deck crew performance appraisals, ;
    * Follow-up of the ship's stability before and after loading & Planned Maintenance Period, ;
    * PSV: Bourbon Ruby and Bourbon Hemera (Kongsberg DP2) in Nigeria, Mozambique and Angola, ;
    * Charterers: Shell (Bonga field, Nigeria), Saipem (Saipem 10000, Mozambique), TOTAL (Block 17 & 25, Angola), ;
    * Methanol operations on Bonga Field, ;
    * Conduct of a major Planned Maintenance Period (PMP) in Walvis Bay (Namibia), ;
    * AHTS/DSV/ROV: Chief Officer onboard Bourbon Ailette from December 2012 until September 2013 (chartered by the French Navy, Converteam DP1) ;
    * ROV: NATO Submarine Rescue System (NSRS) up to 600m depth, ;
    * DSV: deployment of the Newtsuit system (atmospheric diving suit) up to 300m, ;

    * Officer Of the Watch - Weapon Engineer - Senior Warfare Officer onboard Aircraft Carriers and frigates, ;
    * Manage and prepare the maintenance of all ship sensors (2D, 3D radars, sonar, electronic warfare), assess combat system performances, prepare the ship for fight (equipment, training, manning, annual assessment...), ;
