  Key tasks:
  
  1. Comply with Standard Operating Procedures set out in line with customer requirements
  2. To coordinate and process all export and import consignments moved through Luxembourg on behalf of the IJS network and partners.
  3. Preparing quotations for overseas offices and clients, logging these on the appropriate report and following up to secure shipment
  4. Generating all shipments on internal system
  5. Customer Service –Pre-alerting destination offices and sending copies of waybills to customer/checking and providing post flight information/proactively liaise and update all involved parties as required/answering emails and telephone calls promptly
  6. Customs Procedures –All types of export entries, including licensable shipments
  7. Collections – liaising with customers and hauliers to arrange collections and airline deliveries
  8. Known/unknown cargo – Follow procedures to check known cargo and arrange appropriate screening method for unknown cargo
  9. Cost accruals and Charging of shipments including the sending out of invoice and back up documentation and certified AWB to the relevant party
  10. Marrying airline delivery with file and loading on internal system and manual filing of job files
  11. To work with pre-determined healthcare customers to define scope and initiate improvement and development projects to ensure customer satisfaction and 100% client retention.
  12. To identify and scope additional new business opportunities and ensure revenue maximization.
  13. To work with key customers and delivery teams to develop optimum continuous improvement solutions to defined requirements that add value to the current relationship, improve margin returns and ensure client retention.
  14. To achieve agreed targets for organic growth of existing clients in the field of Healthcare and general Freight forwarding as per objectives agreed with your line manager.
  15. Reporting – Monthly Business Report: overview of the performance of the department following month end, highlighting highs and lows, profit and loss, client visits including any new opportunities unveiled, customer feedback on current service level, insurance claims, pipeline reports for overseas network. Departmental Monthly figure’s report.
  16. Compliance – ensuring the department is compliant with all regulations/guidelines specific to GDP/AEO/ISO/H&S/Employment Law/relevant security authorities or governing bodies and XXXX in-house processes and procedures.

  La DRS est responsable de la production, du stockage et de l'expédition des étalons de référence de la Pharmacopée européenne et des étalons internationaux d'antibiotiques (ISA) et substances chimiques de référence internationales (SCRI) de l'OMS.
  La DRS est en outre chargée de l'approvisionnement en échantillons destinés à être analysés dans le processus d'élaboration des monographies de la Pharmacopée européenne.

  Gestion d’un centre de profit (7 000 m², optimisation des flux, entrepôt sous douanes).
  
  Management (35 collaborateurs, restructuration), formation, négociation des prix, élaboration de budgets et définition d’objectifs, formalisation («simulateur/saisonnalité», «5 S», SMB), tableaux de bord, plannings (optimisation des tournées de distribution, «chrono_mag»).
  
  Distribution (43 magasins, 10 camions en compte propre, 15 000 références, 8 500 colis produits/jour «sec, liquide, surgelé et frais»).
  
  Déclaration en douanes (Accises: DAA sur SADBEL, EMCS).

  Longueil-Sainte-Marie 1995 - 1998 >> c/o HEWLETT PACKARD: RESPONSABLE EXPEDITIONS (Woippy, F-57). Logistique et transport (55 000 m², de 120 à 45 collaborateurs (restructuration), 50 camions/jour, 35 000 colis, fret maritime).
   Réduction des coûts et charges (- 15%), augmentation du C.A. annuel (+ 25%).
  
  >> c/o UNILEVER: RESPONSABLE CLIENT. (1997, compte tenu des bons résultats obtenus à Woippy, mission de 6 mois à Moscou). Logistique et transport (35 000 m², réorganisation globale, 2*12h, 4*30 manut + 2*8 admin + 1*6 expat dont 2 Polonais).
   Rétablissement, après 6 semaines, d’une image de marque pourtant très détériorée au départ.
