As Head of the technical managers, I'm responsible for :
- The follow-up of the projects and bids, and the reporting to the corporate functions in Milan. Projects and bids include MASELA FLNG FEED project, JANGKRIK FPU EPC bid, JANGKRIK Subsea EPC bid, SK316 CPP EPC bid. My responsability consists in following on a day-to-day basis the projects, through the reporting of the Technical Managers, and participate eventually in the implementation of remedial or preventive actions when required.
- The implementation of corporate procedures and work processes in order to aligned PTSI. This includes the recruitment and the training of the technical managers, in charge of the projects for the engineering part.

SAIRUS (SAIPEM Russia) - Mosow

Responsible for the creation of the engineering department of the new engineering co-company between SAIPEM and a local partner. This initiative collapsed after the local partner stepped back.
During these 6 months :
- more than 30 local engineers were interviewed, and 20 of them were shortlisted
- SAIRUS being a russian company, the certification to be qualified as RDI (Russian Design Institute) was prapared and obtained.
- 2 local consulting companies were identified to support SAIRUS as RDI for the new projects that would have come
- All IT and infrastructure were bought or rented based on engineering requirements

In charge, in SAIPEM India, of the engineering department, gathering 600+ Engineers and designers of all disciplines (PIP, CIV, ELE, INS, EQP, Offshore Structures).
Performing, each year, 1.2 millions Mhs of engineering on the mega projects taken by the group.
